A concert of rare musical works by Marcel Duchamp, and original works by Miya Masaoka based on Duchamp’s ideas of sound, chance, and movement. With a cast of musicians from New York and San Diego, and members of the inimitable Red Fish Blue Fish, Masaoka (koto) is joined by Mark Dresser (bass), Andrew Drury (percussion),Kjell Nordeson (percussion), Madison Greenstone (clarinet), Stephanie Richards(trumpet), and Sean Dowgray (percussion).
